  • What is Bravx?

    Bravx was formed through the merger of three experienced Microsoft specialists: ABC E BUSINESS, GAC Business Solutions, and Focus Enterprise Solutions. By joining forces, we help organizations move forward more effectively with Microsoft ERP, CRM, data, and AI solutions, supported by greater expertise, capacity, and cohesion.

  • Why did you merge?

    Not to grow bigger for the sake of size, but to create greater impact. By working together, we can guide our customers more effectively with broader expertise, faster support, and solutions that grow alongside the ambitions of organizations.

  • What does the merger mean for existing customers?

    For existing customers, one thing stands out above all: you can count on more expertise and strength. You’ll continue working in the same way and with the same contacts, now supported by additional knowledge and capacity whenever needed.

  • Will ABC, GAC and Focus continue to exist?

    No, we will continue as one organization. For the time being, the websites of the three former brands will remain online due to the phased launch of our new website.

  • What does Bravx mean?

    Bravx stands for digital courage. Brave refers to bravery: the confidence to explore new digital possibilities. The V stands for vision: seeing opportunities that others might miss. The X stands for action: moving forward with confidence, even in complexity and change. Together, they form our compass for organizations that believe there is always more to discover.

  • Will your rates change because of the merger?

    No. Our merger is not intended to increase rates. All existing agreements will remain in place as contractually agreed.

  • Will I gain access to new services or solutions?

    Yes, the merger certainly allows us to offer more. This includes additional apps and industry specific solutions, CRM, integrations with Power Platform or AI. We won't overwhelm you with everything at once; instead, we'll look together at which additional options make sense for your organization.

  • What types of organizations do you work with?

    We work with ambitious organizations at different stages of growth. From SMBs taking their first steps with Microsoft Business Central, to mid-market organizations with industry-specific needs, and larger enterprises facing complex challenges around finance, supply chain, data and AI.

  • Do you exclusively work with Microsoft?

    Yes. We specialize exclusively in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics CRM, Power Platform and AI solutions such as Copilot. In 2025, we were even named Partner of the Year in the Copilot & Agents category!

  • What do you offer organizations that are still exploring their options?

    For organizations that are still exploring, we're happy to act as a sparring partner. We help you gain clarity around the possibilities, ask the right questions, and think along with you about what is, or isn't, needed right now. No obligations.

  • Will anything change for ongoing projects?

    No. You ongoing projects will continue as planned, with the same timelines, approach and familiar faces. When it adds value, we can involve additional expertise to make your project even stronger. 

  • How is support organized?

    Support and the customer portal will remain available on the current ABC, Focus and GAC websites until further notice.

  • What happens to my open support tickets?

    All open support tickets will remain active and will be handled by the team as quickly as possible. Your ticket number and previous communication will remain in place, so you won't need to start over by explaining your issue again.
