Sinds Focus Enterprise Solutions, ABC E BUSINESS en GAC Business Solutions samen Bravx vormen, werken we aan het afstemmen van onze dienstverlening, processen en beveiligingsmaatregelen. Daar hoort ook de toegang van onze supportmedewerkers tot jouw Dynamics 365-omgeving bij.
Wat verandert er?
Voor Dynamics 365 F&SCM stappen we over op een nieuw model voor supporttoegang, met speciaal ingerichte supportaccounts volgens de security best practices van Microsoft. De huidige Focus Enterprise Solutions-accounts voor support komen te vervallen. We vervangen ze door nieuwe Go-Explore-supportaccounts.
Wat betekent dit voor jou?
De functionaliteit van Dynamics 365 F&SCM blijft gelijk. Alleen de manier waarop onze supportmedewerkers toegang krijgen tot de applicaties in jouw omgeving verandert.
Welke aanpassingen nodig zijn, bekijken we per klant. Iedere omgeving is anders ingericht. Soms hebben we jouw medewerking nodig, bijvoorbeeld bij het verwijderen van bestaande Focus-accounts en het inrichten van de nieuwe Go-Explore-accounts.
Hoe verloopt de overgang?
De komende periode nemen we contact met je op om de situatie en de benodigde werkzaamheden voor jouw omgeving te bespreken. De planning stemmen we samen met je af, zodat de overgang soepel verloopt.
Je hoeft op dit moment zelf nog niets te doen. We nemen contact met je op wanneer er werkzaamheden nodig zijn en houden je op de hoogte van de vervolgstappen.

New support access for Dynamics 365 F&SCM
We are changing support access for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM). This will help us further align our services and comply with Microsoft’s current security best practices.
Since Focus Enterprise Solutions, ABC E BUSINESS and GAC Business Solutions came together as Bravx, we have been working to align our services, processes and security measures. This also includes the way our support staff access your Dynamics 365 environment.
What is changing?
For Dynamics 365 F&SCM, we are moving to a new support access model, using dedicated support accounts configured in line with Microsoft’s security best practices. The current Focus Enterprise Solutions accounts used for support will be discontinued. We will replace them with new Go-Explore support accounts.
What does this mean for you?
The functionality of Dynamics 365 F&SCM will stay the same. Only the way our support staff access the applications in your environment will change.
We will assess the changes needed for each customer, as every environment is configured differently. In some cases, we may need your assistance, for example, to remove existing Focus accounts and set up the new Go-Explore accounts.
How will the transition work?
We will contact you in the coming period to discuss the situation and the work required for your environment. We will agree the schedule with you to ensure a smooth transition.
